At Skyline Digital, we supply products primarily to online sellers and businesses operating on marketplaces such as Amazon. All products listed on our website are sourced from third-party suppliers and distributors within the UAE. Due to the nature of our wholesale sourcing model, the following Refund & Replacement Policy applies to all purchases made through our platform.

1. Wholesale Business Model

Skyline Digital operates as a B2B wholesale supplier. All products purchased through our website are intended strictly for resale purposes by professional sellers.

Because inventory is sourced directly from multiple suppliers, and these suppliers do not accept returns or refunds, Skyline Digital is unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

All sales are therefore considered final.

2. No Return & No Refund Policy

Refunds or returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Marketplace price changes or price wars
  • Products selling at lower prices on marketplaces
  • Unsold inventory or slow sales
  • Marketplace restrictions or listing issues
  • Account suspension or policy changes on Amazon
  • Delays caused by shipping or logistics providers
  • Buyer miscalculations in product research
  • Customer returns from Amazon FBA or other platforms

Since we operate under a wholesale distribution model, it is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct proper product research before purchasing inventory.

3. Marketplace Risk Disclaimer

Online marketplaces such as Amazon frequently update their policies, listing requirements, and seller guidelines. Skyline Digital does not guarantee:

  • Sales performance of any product
  • Buy Box ownership
  • Product ranking or demand
  • Protection from competition or price wars
  • Marketplace listing approval

All marketplace-related risks remain the sole responsibility of the seller.

4. Replacement Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Although refunds are not available, Skyline Digital may consider replacement requests in limited situations. Replacement may be considered only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged during delivery, or
  • The wrong product was delivered.

To qualify for a replacement request:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The buyer must provide clear photos or video evidence
  • The product must remain unused and in original packaging

Each request will be reviewed individually, and replacement approval will depend on verification.

5. Non-Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Minor packaging wear
  • Manufacturer packaging variations
  • Products opened, used, or altered
  • Marketplace customer returns
  • Damage caused by warehouse handling (e.g., FBA warehouses)
  • Listing or account issues on Amazon

6. Client Responsibility

By purchasing products from Skyline Digital, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for:

  • Conducting independent product research
  • Verifying marketplace eligibility before purchasing inventory
  • Ensuring compliance with marketplace policies
  • Managing pricing strategies and competition

Skyline Digital acts only as a wholesale inventory supplier and does not control marketplace conditions.

7. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order on our website, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Replacement Policy.
