All clients purchasing inventory from Skyline Digital act as independent sellers.

Skyline Digital is not responsible for how clients sell, market, or distribute the purchased products. Each seller is fully responsible for the operation and management of their own marketplace accounts.

Clients must comply with all marketplace rules, regulations, and policies when selling products purchased from Skyline Digital. This includes compliance with the policies of platforms such as Amazon, including but not limited to:

• Intellectual property regulations
• Brand and trademark policies
• Customer service requirements
• Import and regulatory requirements

Skyline Digital cannot be held responsible for any violations of marketplace policies committed by the seller.

4. Product Research Responsibility

6. Seller Account Responsibility

Clients using our Amazon-related services such as Virtual Assistant (VA), Private Label consulting, or account management remain the legal owner and controller of their seller accounts.

• Account suspensions
• Policy violations
• Listing restrictions
• Financial losses related to marketplace activities

7. Acceptance of Policy
